Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and in the course of running outbound campaigns, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you provide — typically your name, work email address, company, website, industry, and anything you write in the message field. If you book a call, the scheduling provider also records the time you selected and any answers you give in its booking form.
Information we collect automatically. We use privacy-light analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, referring source, and campaign parameters (UTM tags) where present. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.
Business contact data used in campaigns. If you are a client, we process business contact details of the prospects in your campaigns on your behalf. If you received an email from us, see “Outbound campaign data” below.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call
- To provide the services you have engaged us for, and report on them
- To keep records required for accounting, tax and contractual purposes
- To operate, secure and improve this website
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest for business-to-business communication and site analytics, and performance of a contract where you are a client. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Outbound campaign data
Our service involves contacting business decision-makers by email about products and services relevant to their role. We use business contact details obtained from public and licensed sources, and we identify our client in the message. Every campaign email includes a way to opt out, and opt-outs are honoured immediately and permanently across all campaigns. If you would like your details suppressed, contact us at the address below and we will action it and confirm.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the business — website hosting, email sending and verification, CRM, scheduling, and analytics — each acting under contract and only on our instructions. Where a client has engaged us, replies and booked meetings are shared with that client. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Data retention
Website enquiries are retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for legal and accounting purposes. Suppression lists are kept indefinitely, because that is the only way to guarantee we never contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. We respond to requests within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site uses only what is necessary to function. Our analytics are cookie-light and do not track you across other websites. If we embed a third-party scheduling tool, that provider may set its own cookies when the calendar loads — see their policy for details.
